DOG FRIENDLY EVENT– Dogs must be leashed at all times and owner agrees to pick up after dogs.
If you wish to be located together with other participants please specify at time of registration. We will do our best to group clubs together. Participants are responsible for all materials and goods used or displayed in their area. Participant agrees to remain for the entire event. No Early load-out is permitted. Participants must have cars in place by 9 am. All vehicles, except tractors, will be on grassed surface. Pre-register cars will receive space number at check in all non pre-registered cars will be assigned in order of arrival. This is an outdoor event, inclement weather and wind gusts may occur. Some spaces may be located beneath or near trees. If pre-registered participants fail to report by the specified time, the committee reserves the right to assign the space to another. By registering, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Welby Heritage Foundation, Welby Days Committee & sponsors for any and all claims, damages, losses, judgments, suits, actions and liabilities, including attorneys' fees, due to negligence, respectively, arising from the car show participation. This registration grants permission to use my likeness and or my vehicle(s) image in photograph(s) in any publications or publicity materials (including but not limited to books, newsletters, calendars, videos and Web use), in perpetuity.
